What does this error mean?
This error occurs when the variations of a specific product family (grouped together by a "model_id") do not share the exact same product name. Zalando requires all variants of a single model to have a strictly identical parent title.
This mismatch can be caused by a tiny, invisible difference in your source data, such as a hidden extra space at the end of the product name on just one of the variants.
How to solve it
To fix this, you must ensure the product names are completely identical for all variants within the same model. Follow these steps:
Check your variant titles: Locate all the variants sharing the affected "model_id" (e.g., "12345") in your source catalog. Pay close attention to the product names and check for hidden characters, such as trailing or leading spaces.
Standardize the names: Update your product titles so that the text is strictly identical across every single variant in that family.
Resynchronize your feed: Once the titles are perfectly unified and imported into Lengow, perform a manual full push of your feed to send the corrected data to the marketplace.
