Shipping costs and delivery methods are defined by the channel. Contact it to obtain the table of costs.

Shipping costs
Please note that each product is linked to a logistic category. The shipping costs are calculated on the basis of:
- the delivery method linked to the product
- the logistics category linked to the product
For the logistics category, you may choose between several options:
- Keep the logistics category assigned by default by the channel. In that case, no action needs to be taken by you in Lengow.

Change the logistics category assigned by default by the channel. In that case, fill in the field "logistic_type_id" in Lengow (contact your Fnac Darty account manager to get the list of authorized values).
To offer free shipping, use the "is_shipping_free" attribute and select the desired value:
- "Yes": shipping is free.
- "No" or empty: shipping is not free. If the attribute is empty, pre-existing settings (if any) are applied.
Set an estimation of the delivery date
Giving an estimation of the delivery date is highly recommended by Fnac Darty.
- time_to_ship: Use this attribute to extend the delivery timing already set in your Fnac Darty back office.
Fulfillment
If you use the marketplace's fulfillment services, you must map the is_fulfilled attribute in Lengow.
When this attribute is set to TRUE, it tells the marketplace that the offer should use the fulfillment stock if it is available. If the fulfillment stock runs out, the quantity attribute (which represents your local stock) is then used as a fallback.
Fulfillment Orders
When an order is managed via fulfillment, Lengow displays specific Fulfillment indicator in your order management interface. This behaves exactly the same as other marketplaces that implement this feature, allowing you to quickly identify fulfillment orders at a glance.
