Fnac Darty - Connection settings

Configure the options before sending your products catalogue to the channel. 

Connection to Fnac Darty

• Shop id

Fill in your Fnac Darty Shop Id  communicated by your Fnac Darty account manager. You can also find it in your BOMP.

To find your Shop ID on your seller account, simply follow the steps below:

1. Click on the user icon
2. Click on My seller settings
3. Click on KYC Form
4. Your Shop ID will be displayed there
   
   

• Enable products synchronization

The Fnac channel and the Darty channel update the same unified product data on Fnac Darty's end if they are linked to the same Fnac Darty account (offers and orders are handled separately, per shop).
 If you have both channels, product data must be sent from one of them only to avoid overwriting issues.

In Lengow, activate or deactivate the "Enable products synchronization" button depending on the case:

• If you only have a Fnac FR channel: Enable products synchronization.
• If you only have a Darty channel: Enable products synchronization.
• If you have both a Fnac FR channel and a Darty channel: Enable products synchronization on one channel only (Darty channel by default for the existing feeds). 
  If you are sending different product catalogues, activate the synchronization on both channels.
  To unpublish some products on one channel only, send the stock at zero on this channel.
