Order retrieval on Fnac Darty
Lengow retrieves new or modified orders on the channel's website:
- Every 30 minutes
- Once a day for new orders made or amended in the last 5 days
Orders management
Orders go through various statuses in Lengow while being processed.
Here is the list of statuses corresponding to orders statuses in Lengow followed by possible actions.

The order has been refused.

"canceled": ["CANCELLED"]
The order has been cancelled. At this stage, you can: "Refund" all or part of the order. If so, indicate the "refund_reason".

The order has been refunded.
At this stage, you cannot carry out any action.

The order is closed.
At this stage, you can: "Refund" all or part of the order. If so, indicate the "refund_reason".
You can choose whether or not to refund taxes, shipping costs and taxes on shipping costs.
