Fnac Darty - Orders Management

You can manage your orders in the Lengow platform.

Order retrieval on Fnac Darty

Lengow retrieves new or modified orders on the channel's website:

  • Every 30 minutes
  • Once a day for new orders made or amended in the last 5 days

Orders management

Orders go through various statuses in Lengow while being processed.

Here is the list of statuses corresponding to orders statuses in Lengow followed by possible actions.

  • "waiting_acceptance": ["TOACCEPT", "CREATED"]
    The order has been received and is waiting to be accepted or refused.
    • Accept the order. Provide the "expedition_country_code".
    • Refuse the order.
  • "accepted": ["ACCEPTED"]
    The order has been accepted.
    At this stage, you cannot carry out any action.
  • "waiting_shipment": ["TOSHIP"]
    The order has been accepted and is awaiting for shipment.
    • Confirm order shipment.
      You must provide the "carrier" when the "tracking_number" is filled in. 

      📝 Note on multi-line orders: When a Fnac order contains several lines, you can create ship order actions line by line in Lengow. However, the action is not sent immediately to Fnac after the first line is submitted. Lengow waits until an action has been entered for each line of the order, then sends the consolidated update to Fnac. If only some lines have an action, nothing is sent yet on the Fnac side.
    • Refund all or part of the order. Indicate the "refund_reason".
  • "shipped": ["SHIPPED"]
    The order has been sent and the shipment is in progress.
    At this stage, you can "Refund" all or part of the order. If so, indicate the "refund_reason".
  • "refused": ["REFUSED"]
    The order has been refused.
    At this stage, you can "Refund" all or part of the order. If so, indicate the "refund_reason".
  • "canceled": ["CANCELLED"]
    The order has been cancelled.
    At this stage, you can "Refund" all or part of the order. If so, indicate the "refund_reason".
  • "refunded": ["REFUNDED"]
    The order has been refunded.
    At this stage, you cannot carry out any action.
  • "closed": ["RECEIVED"]
    The order is closed.
    At this stage, you can "Refund" all or part of the order. If so, indicate the "refund_reason".

You can choose whether or not to refund taxes, shipping costs and taxes on shipping costs.
