To ship an order, certain marketplaces (Zalando, OTTO) require the return tracking information to be provided.
In the latest version of the Lengow plugin for Shopware 6, fields are made available to provide the return tracking number and/or the return carrier when shipping an order, if the marketplace is requesting it.
Follow these instructions to add the return tracking information for your orders in Shopware 6.
1. Update the Lengow plugin
The return tracking feature is available from version 1.2.1 of the Lengow plugin for Shopware 6.
If you are not yet using this version, read our advice to update the Lengow plugin version for Shopware 6 to the latest version.
2. Enter the return tracking information
When editing an order in Shopware 6, in addition to the usual tracking information, fill in the return tracking information in the corresponding fields (see screenshots):
- Return Number: Enter here the return tracking number of this order. Free value.

Return Carrier: This field is automatically completed with the value selected in the "Carrier" field. It can be modified with a free value.Â
Note: On Zalando, the return carrier field is not displayed as it must be the same as the initial carrier.
The Return Number and/or Return Carrier fields are only displayed if the marketplace is requesting this information, i.e. for OTTO and Zalando orders.

The return tracking number and/or carrier will then be provided to the marketplace when sending the ship action for this order.
