💡 Magento 2 - How to switch from production mode to the sandbox?

When first installed, the plugin is by default set in production mode.

To switch to the sandbox, follow these steps in your Magento2 backoffice:

  • Go to the "global settings" in the Lengow tab.
  • Choose the wanted environnement in the identification settings.
  • Change your API credentials: Empty the Access and Secret token. Back on the homepage, reconnect by fill in the sandbox API credentials.
