This error occurs when the material specification in the "Material composition" field is not complete, which would potentially put the items at risk of warning letters.
Here, for example, only the material may have been deposited without a percentage specification such as 'The following word was used without listing the ingredient with the specified minimum quantity in the material composition: Down'.
To avoid this error, no incorrect material information may be transmitted to OTTO. The content of the "Material composition" field should be pre-validated to avoid later delays in live submission.
