As part of our regular actions to improve and secure the Lengow infrastructure, we are updating the list of IP addresses used by our platform. The maintenance will start during the week of October 27, 2025.
This change concerns all clients whose systems communicate directly with Lengow, including:
- when Lengow imports your product catalogues from your servers (FTP, SFTP, HTTPS, etc.)
- when Lengow exports orders or enriched data to your internal systems (FTP, ERP, PIM, OMS, etc.)
- when your infrastructure enforces access restrictions through IP whitelisting.
What you have to do
Please update your Host/IP configuration before October 27, 2025, to ensure continuous service.
The new addresses will progressively replace certain existing ones. Whitelisting the new addresses ensures the continuity of exchanges between your systems and Lengow. Without this update, some connections may be temporarily blocked.
What this means for you
Depending on how you exchange data with Lengow, please check the following:
- You import catalogues from your own FTP: update your whitelist to include the new IPs.
- You download feeds or orders from your own FTP: also update your whitelist.
- You use a Lengow plugin restricted by IP: update the list of authorized IPs in the plugin.
-
If you use the Lengow FTP (catalogues):
- Replace the host and add the outbound IPs to your whitelist if needed (check with your IT team).
- No changes are required on the Lengow platform itself or to your FTP credentials.
- If you use Lengow FTP (feed export): Replace the host in the export settings for your feed on the platform.
Both the old and new IPs will remain active in parallel during this period. Do not delete existing IPs until Lengow confirms otherwise.
