As part of our ongoing infrastructure improvements, Lengow will Lengow will start a maintenance during the week of October 27, 2025.
To ensure uninterrupted service, update Lengow FTP settings to ensure smooth use of the Lengow platform. Please note that a set of new IP addresses must be authorized in your systems.
If this update is not completed in advance:
- Catalogue imports may no longer run
- Feeds and orders retrieved via private FTP or plugins may stop working
- Access to Lengow and APIs may be blocked if not authorised
What you have to do
Please update your configuration the before October 27, 2025., to ensure service continuity.
If you use the Lengow FTP (catalogues):
- Replace the host and add the outbound IPs to your whitelist if needed (check with your IT team).
- No changes are required on the Lengow platform itself or to your FTP credentials.
If you use Lengow FTP (feed export): Replace the host in the export settings for your feed on the platform.

You must switch from ftp.lengow.io to ftp.files.lengow.io/ and from sftp.lengow.io to sftp.files.lengow.io/
