You can manage your orders in the Lengow platform.
Order retrieval
Lengow retrieves orders placed on the HORNBACH's website:
- every 15 minutes over a day.
- once a day over the last 5 days.
Order processing
Orders go through various statuses in Lengow while being processed.
Order have to be accepted or refused within 48 hours depending on the working days set by the merchant.
Lengow/Mirakl orders Statuses:
HORNBACH uses the common statuses of Mirakl orders.
