You can manage your orders in the Lengow platform.
Order retrieval
Lengow retrieves orders placed on the Conforama's website:
- every 15 minutes over a day.
- once a day over the last 5 days.
Order processing
Orders go through various statuses in Lengow while being processed.
Lengow/Mirakl orders Statuses:
Conforama uses the common statuses of Mirakl orders.
To place your order in "shipped" status, you must choose a carrier from the list provided by Conforama. Also, the tracking URL is mandatory.
If your carrier is not on this list, send its name and tracking URL to marketplacesupport@conforama.fr so that it can be included.
