💡TikTok Shop - How can I solve the login error "access denied"?

If you are ready to publish your products on TikTok Shop but encounter a login error on the TikTok Shop settings page:

"Access denied.
The format of your credentials seems correct but TikTok Shop FR tells us that an error has occurred."

This error comes from the TikTok Shop side. Please check the following points:

1. Shop code – Make sure it is correct. You can find it in your TikTok Shop Seller Center, like this:
   
   
    
2. Lengow app authorization – Ensure you have already authorized the Lengow app on TikTok Shop via this link:

3. Bank information – Verify that your bank details have been approved by TikTok.
    
4. Warehouse configuration – Confirm that your warehouse information (Pickup Warehouse and Return Warehouse) is correctly set up in TikTok Shop Seller Center.
