What does this error mean?
The marketplace failed to download the product images because the format is not supported. Example of unsupported format: ".webp"
How to solve this error
- Step 1: Identify that images are provided in an incorrect format which is rejected by the marketplace. Example: ".webp"
- Step 2: Convert all source images to "JPG" or "JPEG" format.
- Step 3: Update the product catalog to reflect the new image URLs so Zalando can import them.
