🔧 eBay DE - Error : Cannot list with both product listing details and item compatibilities. Either provide product listing details or manually specify item compatibilities.

Error message

Cannot list with both product listing details and item compatibilities. Either provide product listing details or manually specify item compatibilities.

What does this error mean?

eBay does not allow you to submit a product using both standard catalog details (like an EAN or UPC) and a manual vehicle compatibility list (K-Types) at the same time. You must choose only one method to list your automotive parts.

How to solve this error

• Step 1: Identify the affected products in your error report that are currently sending both an EAN and K-Types.
• Step 2: Go to the Rules section of your eBay channel in Lengow. Create a rule to automatically clear (leave empty) the EAN field whenever a product has K-Types provided.
• Step 3: Perform a manual product push to resynchronize your feed and send the corrected data to eBay.
