You don't have access to an FTP server or you aren't able to create a URL leading to your products data?
You have the option to create a product catalog from scratch using Google Sheets and integrate it in Lengow. This way, changes you'll make on your Google Sheets file will be automatically available for its next update by Lengow.
How does it work?
You first need to create your file on Google Sheets:
- Open a new Google Sheets spreadsheet (or use an existing one).
- Complete this file with the data you want to send to Lengow. Articles such as Products Catalog and EAN codes and product variations could be useful.
File exceeds 10 MB
How to know the file weight?
Two solutions are available from the folder where the file is stored:
- Select the Google Sheets sheet by left-clicking on it (1) and then right-clicking > View details.
- The result is displayed opposite the Size label in the window that opened (2).
- Click on the information button (3). A window opens on the right side.
- Select the desired Google Sheets by right-clicking on it (without opening the document) (1).
- The result is displayed opposite the Size label in the window that opened (2).
File is less than 10 MB
Once your file is ready, follow these steps in Lengow:
- In the "Catalogues" tab in Lengow, click on "Add a new catalogue".
- Select "Google Drive" as the import method.
- Sign in to your Google account.
- Select your Google Sheets file.
- Click on "Setup" and follow the requested steps in Lengow platform.
Once connection is done
Your file can also be used as an additional source to an existing catalogue.
Any change in your Google Sheets document will reflect in Lengow with the next update of this file.
