💡 How can I manage my support requests?

To access your Lengow request account and read your requests history, you have to sign in.

Once you’re connected, you’ll find your tickets history under « My support tickets », as shown in this video:




You have a search engine for your tickets and a filter for the statuses of your requests.

If you click on the subject, you can view all your exchanges with our agents.

You will also have the ability to perform the following actions:

  • Add people in copy of the request, via the CC field
  • Evaluate the quality of service after the resolution of your request
  • Add attachments and comments to your request.
