Fnac Darty group is unifying its back office of the Fnac (French and Belgium) and Darty marketplaces into a unique plateform. All merchant selling on Darty are concerned by this migration which will be carried out in two phases:Â
- the catalogue migration (phase one) until the 7th of April 2023
- the offers and orders migration (phase 2)
- What you have to do in Lengow
If you currently only sell on Darty:
- Create and reconfigure your Darty products on the structure called "catalogue Fnac FR"Â before the 7th of April 2023

Do not deactivate nor modify your product feed(s) on Darty
During this first phase, offers feed(s) will still run on Darty's structure - All new product must be created on Fnac
- The source catalogue you use and the updates you make must be the same for your old Darty feed and the new Fnac catalogue feed
Please contact Fnac-Darty Account Manage to create an account on Fnac.
If you currently sell on Darty AND Fnac:
If you are using the same catalogue on both marketplaces (with the same product identifiers), no action is required.Â
However, if you are selling different products on Fnac and Darty, you need to:
- Add all your Darty product references to your existing Fnac catalogue before the 7th of April 2023. If you don’t want to publish certain products on Fnac’s marketplace, set the stock to 0.

Do not deactivate nor modify your existing feed on Darty
During this first phase, offers feed(s) will still run on Darty's structure
- All new product must be created on Fnac
- The source catalogue you use must be the same for your old Darty feed and the new Fnac catalogue feed
