The new Darty connector is now live!
Fnac Darty group is unifying its back office, Fnac (French and Belgium) and Darty marketplaces becoming a unique plateform.
All merchant selling on Darty are concerned by this migration which will be carried out in two phases:
- the catalogue migration (phase 1)Â
- the offers and orders migration (phase 2) until the 22nd of May
In this second phase of the migration, you will continue and finish to set up your feed on the new Darty structure. This set up must be complete by the 22nd of May.
Without action on your part, your Darty feed will be deactivated at its decommission on the 23rd of May.
What you have to do in Lengow
To support Fnac and Darty backoffice unification, Lengow implements a new Darty connector. Actions you must carry out will differ depending on your situation. You are not concerned if you only sell on Fnac.
If you currently sell only on Darty:
From the 15th of May:
If you configured your feed on the Fnac Catalog FR structure during phase 1, this feed will be migrated by Lengow to the new Darty structure (active feed and draft feed included).
You must not modify your product feed anymore.
You will be notified by Lengow team when the migration is complete.
On the 16th of May, once you get notified that your product feed is migrated :
Your product mapping and all product you set during phase 1 of the migration are now ready.
- map the Offers attributes (stock, price...).
- Do not delete nor modify the old Darty structure yet. It will be used to retrieve offers and orders until the 22nd of May.
- In Lengow settings, fill in your credentials:
- Mirakl Store ID (this ID is the same for Fnac and Darty)
- Darty BOMP shop ID (you received your ID from Fnac/Darty)Â
On the 23rd of May:
- Fnac and Lengow shut down the old Darty structure.
- Your offers will be published on Fnac’s backoffice and your new Darty feed will be activated. Products and offers will then be published on the New Darty structure only.
Please note that we recommends being vigilant and making sure that you do not have any duplicate orders on the orders being processed at the time of the switchover.
Darty will indeed migrate orders from the old to the new connector. Orders ID will be the same.
However the feed ID will be different. As for orders that have already been retrieved, there is then a risk of duplication.
If you currently sell on both Darty and Fnac
OR
If you didn’t configure a feed in the Fnac Catalog FR structure during phase 1:
From the 11th of May to the 22nd of May (included):
- You must completely set up a new feed on the New Darty structure. map products and offers following the usual steps detailed on the dedicated guide.
Your products attributes maps must be identical between Fnac feed and Darty feed. - In Lengow settings, fill in your credentials:
- Mirakl Store ID (this ID is the same for Fnac and Darty)
- Darty BOMP shop ID (you received your ID from Fnac/Darty)Â
On the 23rd May:
- Fnac and Lengow shut down the old Darty structure.
- Your offers will be published on Fnac backoffice and your new Darty feed will be activated.
