Product state
the "Condition_Name" attribute is used to indicate the product state (new, moderate etc...).
If the Condition of the product is not NEW, then the Description attribute becomes mandatory as bol.com needs a precise state description of the product.
Internal Reference
The Internal Reference field must contain unique values among your products (maximum 30 characters). You can use the EAN code of the product or your own product ID. This value will not be visible on the Bol.com website.
Stock
In the "Stock – Managed By Retailer" and "On Hold By Retailer" field, bol.com recommend selecting "FALSE" in order to avoid out-of-stock orders, in case only one item remains and two orders are placed simultaneously.

General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR)
To comply with the General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR) applicable from December 13, 2024, you must provide to Bol.com the following information about your products through attributes available in Lengow:
- Economic Operator External reference: A user-defined identifier that can be used to reference Bol.com’s economic operator id to another identifier.
- Economic Operator Name: The name of the economic operator.
- Economic Operator Street: The street of the economic operator.
- Economic Operator House Number: The house number of the economic operator.
- Economic Operator Postal Code: The postal code of the economic operator.
- Economic Operator City: The city of the economic operator.
- Economic Operator Country: The EU country code of the economic operator.
- Economic Operator Email: The email address of the economic operator.
- Economic Operator Phone Number: The phone number of the economic operator.
Starting March 5, 2026, any new assortment that falls under the General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR) will only appear online if you’ve filled in the manufacturer information and responsible economic operator
