What this error means
This error appears when the information required about General Product Safety Regulations (GPSR) is missing or incorrect.Â
How to fix the error
Direct brand:
You must create the Manufacturer Contact Details yourself.
You may also need to add your Responsible Person if outside the EU.
Reseller : Â
Ask your supplier to register your company or entity and products with their Responsible Person.Â
If you’re not able to register your company or entity with your supplier’s Responsible Person, find a different EU-based Responsible Person provider for the products you sell (a liste is available in Seller Central), sign a contract with the provider, and provide their contact details to Amazon.
First, check for violations in your Amazon Seller Central:
- Log in to Seller Central
- Go to: Account Health > Regulatory Compliance
- Identify the types of violations:
- Manufacturer contact details
- Responsible Person contact details (RP contact details in the EU)
- Warning and safety information (safety information by ASIN)

If all the information is completed and validated by Amazon, you need to use only the email address.Â
If some information is missing for:Â
- Manufacturer contact details
- Responsible Person contact details (RP contact details in the EU)
Then you need to add it in Seller Central, usually in these fields:Â
- Name of Manufacturer or Responsible PersonÂ
- Postal Address
- Main email or Url (this will be used in Lengow settings after)
Once you save it, Amazon should valide it within 24-48 hours.
 When it's done, you must report the strictly the same email address in your Amazon feed in Lengow:
- Manufacturer contact details  should be in the attribute "dsa_responsible_party_address.value"

Responsible Person contact details should be in the attribute "gpsr_manufacturer_reference.gpsr_manufacturer_email_adress"
 With this email address, Amazon will display the information provided in Seller Central in the product page and your error should disappear.
Additionally, make sure that this information is also well completed:Â

True → risk-free product (e.g., classic clothing).
False → Products with risks (e.g., battery-operated toys) → Provide safety documentationÂ
