Note: If a value is missing in a drop-down menu, please contact your ManoMano account manager and ask for the creation of the concerned value.
"Second Life" Program
The "product_type" attribute sets the product condition. It allows for selecting whether the product is "new", "refurbished", "second hand" or "never used". This optional attribute is by default set on "new".
Accepted values and definitions:
- "new": Default value. Treated as normal product condition if empty or null.
- "refurbished": Refurbished and tested. In perfect working condition, minor signs of usage. Warranty available.
- "second hand": Briefly used. Fully functional. Minor signs of wear. Warranty available.
- "never used": Never used. Fully functional. No signs of wear. Warranty available.
Mandatory attributes completion
By accessing your ManoMano Toolbox, you can check your percentage of completion with mandatory attributes.
If mandatory attributes are still missing from your offers, click on the button to download the list of products with missing mandatory attributes.
If you cannot find the missing attribute in the available list, contact your ManoMano account manager.
Note: Alerts related to Mandatory Attributes compliance are purely informational. ManoMano strongly recommend completing these attributes to improve performance.
General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR)
To comply with the General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR) applicable from December 13, 2024, you must provide the following information about your products to ManoMano, mainly in their Toolbox:
- Manufacturer : Enter the name and address of your products' manufacturers in the ManoMano Toolbox, in "Settings" > "EU Economic Operator".
- Responsible person: If the manufacturer is not established in the EU, enter the name, postal and electronic address of the responsible person in the ManoMano Toolbox, in "Settings" > "EU Economic Operator".
- Traceability: This is the usual information allowing the identification of the product (product ID, picture, etc.), to enter in your ManoMano channel in Lengow in the corresponding attributes: "ean", "sku_manufacturer", "image_1", etc.

Safety warning and information: Warning or safety information to be affixed on the product, to enter in your ManoMano channel in Lengow in the "safety_information_pdf" or "product_information_pdf" attributes, or any other attributes that are legally required.
