Note: If a value is missing in a drop-down menu, please contact your ManoMano account manager and ask for the creation of the concerned value.
Mandatory attributes completion
By accessing your ManoMano Toolbox, you can check your percentage of completion with mandatory attributes.
If mandatory attributes are still missing from your offers, click on the button to download the list of products with missing mandatory attributes.
If you cannot find the missing attribute in the available list, contact your ManoMano account manager.
General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR)
To comply with the General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR) applicable from December 13, 2024, you must provide the following information about your products to ManoMano, mainly in their Toolbox:
- Manufacturer : Enter the name and address of your products' manufacturers in the ManoMano Toolbox, in "Settings" > "EU Economic Operator".
- Responsible person: If the manufacturer is not established in the EU, enter the name, postal and electronic address of the responsible person in the ManoMano Toolbox, in "Settings" > "EU Economic Operator".
- Traceability: This is the usual information allowing the identification of the product (product ID, picture, etc.), to enter in your ManoMano channel in Lengow in the corresponding attributes: "ean", "sku_manufacturer", "image_1", etc.

Safety warning and information: Warning or safety information to be affixed on the product, to enter in your ManoMano channel in Lengow in the "safety_information_pdf" or "product_information_pdf" attributes, or any other attributes that are legally required.
