You can manage your orders in the Lengow platform.
Order retrieval
Lengow retrieves new or modified orders on the channel's website:
- Every 15 minutes
- Once a day, for new orders made or amended in the last 3 days
Order processing
Orders go through various statuses in Lengow while being processed.
Orders statuses

Orders with the fulfillment program
Because ManoMano requires distinct API identifiers for fulfillment, you must use two separate feeds: one for standard products and one for the Fulfillment program.
Since the structures are identical, rename your feeds (e.g., "ManoMano Standard" and "ManoMano Fulfillment") to easily distinguish them in your dashboard.
Use filters to exclude products from one feed if they are present in the other. This prevents sending duplicate offers to ManoMano.
Attributes Mapping
In your Fulfillment feed, you must complete the following mandatory attributes : "weight_net", "icpe", "onu", "security_file_number", "has_batch_number", "has_serial_number", "has_dluo", "is_fragile", "is_overpackaged".
Refer to the attribute definitions in Lengow for the accepted values.
Order Management
Fulfillment orders are imported into Lengow with the "Shipped" status.
Via API: Use the node "is_delivered_by_marketplace" to identify them.
Via Plugins (PrestaShop, Magento, Shopware): You must enable the "Import orders shipped by marketplaces" option in the plugin settings.
WooCommerce: Note that it is not possible to import marketplace-shipped orders via the WooCommerce plugin.
