Starting 1st November 2023, Zalando will require a minimum of 3 images to publish new articles in the Streetwear, Young Fashion, Modern Mainstream, Kids, and Sports categories, and a minimum of 2 images for the hosiery, socks and tights articles.
These requirements are also valid for articles retagged into the Spring Summer 2024 season (SS24).
After this date, the products with missing images will be rejected by Zalando.Â
What you have to do in Lengow
In Lengow, make sure that your products in these mentioned categories are sent with enough images, in the images attributes ("images_01", "images_02", etc.).

We are writing to inform you about updates to our image guidelines that will become effective as of 1st November 2023.
Newly onboarded articles in Streetwear, Young Fashion, Modern Mainstream, Kids, and Sports categories will require a minimum of 3 images for onboarding. Additionally, hosiery, socks & tights articles will need a minimum of 2 images. Articles not able to meet the requirements will be rejected during the article onboarding process.
The new image guidelines requirements are also mandatory for articles partners wish to retag into the Spring Summer 2024 season (SS24).
