"titre"
100 characters maximum, but Kiabi recommends limiting to 65.
The name of the brand or model must be between quote marks. Example: 'nike'
The title cannot contain the size or the color of the product.
"description"
HTML is allowed. Maximum: 4000 characters.
Legally mandatory information must be included, such as the age range for toys.
Images
One image minimum, but 2 at least are recommended.
Formats: JPG, GIF or PNG.
Portrait orientation on a white or grey background.
Minimum size: 1000 x 1000 pixel / maximum 2000x2000px (= recommended).
"Produit + durable"
For certain categories, this mandatory attribute allows you to indicate if your product has a sustainable characteristic. Select "NA" for products to which it does not apply.
Make sure you only select ONE value in the list.
Multi-country settings
On the Lengow platform, specific product and offer attributes (read here) are available depending on the countries of publication.
For your product data (title, description, etc.), use the attributes containing the country code corresponding to each publication country and language.
For the French market, use the product attributes containing "FRA":
- "title_FRA",
- "long_description_FRA", etc.
For the Spanish market, use the product attributes containing "ESP":
- "title_ESP",
- "long_description_ESP", etc.
For the Italian market, use the product attributes containing "ITA":
- "title_ITA",
- "long_description_ITA", etc.
Tip: Only one products catalogue can be the source of a channel. If your product information for different countries is split among several catalogues, you can:
- use other catalogues as additional sources to the main catalogue.
- create a global catalogue containing your data for all countries, for example through a reprocessing (chargeable if done by Lengow).
