🔧 Mirakl - Error: "The product linked to the new offer is different from the product linked to the existing offer"

Error Message from Mirakl:

"The product linked to the new offer is different from the product linked to the existing offer" 

What does this error mean?

You are attempting to modify the identifier of a product that has already been created on the Mirakl marketplace back office. Mirakl detects that an offer already exists and blocks the reference in question.

How to solve this error?

  • The most common option is to delete the existing offer. You should then allow time for the offer to be deleted on Mirakl. Afterward, you can create the product again with the new identifier.
  • Mirakl blocks the offer for 7 days. This is to isolate the initial offer to prevent confusion between the new offer and the old one. After 7 days, the new offer should be activated.
