🔧 Mirakl - Error: The product does not exist

Mirakl error message: 

"The product does not exist"

What does this error mean?

This error means that you are sending offer data (price and stock) to Mirakl for a product that is not yet created on their side. 

How to solve this error 

Make sure to check that no other error on this product is blocking its creation: 

  • in the channel's Channel report in Lengow: when searching for a product in the report, all errors on this product are shown.

  • in your Mirakl back-office (in the transformation and Channels reports).

If there is no error on the product, its creation may be in process on Mirakl's end.
You may contact your marketplace account manager to have more information.
