Before sending your data to the channel:
- Check that your channel's Mirakl store has been created and opened.
- Check that there are no rules created in your Mirakl back-office.
Note: contact your channel account manager if you have any question on this matter.
Offer feed
Click on "Launch" to start sending your offer feed to El Corte Inglés.
Offer update frequency
The Offer feed, which enables the update of prices, stock, etc., is sent via API to El Corte Inglés every hour.
When the marketplace receives the offer feed, data is updated almost immediately on the channel website.
Product feed
If you created a Product feed, follow these steps once it's ready:
- In the Configuration section of your Product feed, copy the URL of your optimized product feed at the bottom of the page.
Open this link to download the CSV file of your Product feed.
- Send this CSV file to El Corte Inglés at the following email address: documentacion.mirakl@elcorteingles.es
IMPORTANT: You must indicate the name of your brand(s) in the subject line of the email sent to El Corte Inglés, as well as in the name of the file.
From the same address, any corrections will be indicated to you and will be sent back to you for further downloading once they have been examined.
