💡 Why is my category or attribute mapping missing?

You have mapped all your categories and attributes, but now part of the mapping is lost.

This issue could occur for one of two possible reasons:

1. Your catalogue content has changed.

If the names or values of your categories or fields have changed, the system will not recognize the new values and will be unable to maintain the mapping. Please note that the system is case-sensitive.

To resolve this, you can either revert your catalogue to its previous state or redo the mapping process.

 

2. The diffuser has made changes to their structure or thesaurus.

Similarly, if the diffuser has modified, added, or removed categories or attributes, the mapping will be lost.

In this case, you will need to redo the mapping process with the updated values as soon as possible.
