What does this error mean?
In most cases, this restriction is related to brand authorization.
- Amazon requires sellers to obtain prior approval before listing certain brands or products.
- If you try to submit an offer without authorization, your product will be blocked, and this error will appear.
How to fix this error
- Log in to your Amazon Seller Central account.
- Check if the product/brand requires authorization.
- Submit a request for approval directly in Seller Central (you may need to provide invoices or authorization documents).
- Once Amazon approves your request, you can relist the product without errors.
