What does this error mean?
Amazon was unable to download the product image because your hosting server took too long to respond (timeout) or blocked the connection.
How to solve this error
- Check that the image URL is accessible, loads quickly, and that your server is not blocking Amazon bots.
- In your Attributes Mapping, set the "operation-type" attribute to "DELETE" for the affected SKUs and launch a manual push.
- Wait 24 hours to allow Amazon to completely clear the existing product data.
- Change "operation-type" back to "UPDATE" and launch a manual push to resynchronise your products and force Amazon to re-download the images.
