All orders must be shipped within 3 business days from order payment confirmation, and the tracking ID provided to TikTok Shop.

Shipping method

Lengow currently supports TikTok Shop’s "Shipped by Seller" method (3PL), but not the "Shipped via platform" method (4PL). 

 Make sure that the "Shipped by Seller" option is selected in your TikTok Seller Center, as it is not activated by default. The corresponding shipping templates must be created.

Carriers

To ship packages, the seller can only use TikTok Shop-approved carriers.

For France, supported carriers are Colissimo; Chronopost; Geodis; TNT; UPS; FedEx; DHL Express; GLS; Amazon Logistics; DPD; Colis Prive; Mondial Relay.

Note: Delivery at a pickup point is not yet available.

Inventory & Warehouses

In a multi-country TikTok Shop setup, inventory allocation must be clearly defined by region and warehouse. The stock quantity of your product is provided to TikTok Shop in the "inventory.quantity" attributes.

Configuration in Lengow:

• Per-Region Configuration: Inventory can be mapped per region and per warehouse using the dedicated grouped attributes (e.g., "inventory.quantity_01", "inventory.region_01", and "inventory.warehouse_name_01"). Additional groups ("_02", "_03" etc.) can be added if needed.
• Warehouse Limitation: Only one warehouse per region is accepted. If you attempt to map multiple warehouses for the exact same region, TikTok Shop will reject the products.
• Default Stock Value (Fallback): If inventory is not explicitly defined for a specific region, products will be created with a default stock level of 0 for those regions.

Make sure the warehouse names match those in your TikTok Seller Center, and that at least one is active.

Each warehouse can offer different delivery options (Standard, Express, Economy, Send_by_Seller), with specific carriers. 

When shipping an order, the correct carrier name must be used based on the delivery option set for the warehouse.

Package Dimensions and Weight

The dimensions and weight attributes are mandatory:

• "package_dimensions.length": Length of the packaged product (positive integer).
• "package_dimensions.width": Width of the packaged product (positive integer).
• "package_dimensions.height": Height of the packaged product (positive integer).
• "package_dimensions.unit": Dimensions unit of measure. Select "CENTIMETER" for Europe.
• "package_weight.value": Weight of the packaged product.
• "package_weight.unit": Weight unit of measure. Select gram or kilogram.

Note: TikTok will not block the product creation if the dimensions are not accurate.

FBT (Fulfilled By TikTok)

Fulfilled by TikTok (FBT) is the fulfilment service provided by TikTok Shop. It is currently available in Spain and Germany only.
