Connection Settings

The TikTok Shop EU channel allows you to manage multiple European countries through a single, streamlined connection. Follow these steps to authorize and connect your account:

1) Select your Sales Channels

When adding the TikTok Shop EU channel in Lengow, you first need to select the specific regional sales channels you want to activate (e.g., France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Ireland).

2) Authorize the Connection

At the Channel settings step in Lengow, click the button to connect to TikTok Shop EU. You will be temporarily redirected to the TikTok Seller Center authorization page.

• Select the Europe seller account type to start the process.
• Important: You must log in and authorize the service using your main account (origin account). Sub-accounts do not have the necessary permissions to authorize third-party apps and services.

 

3) Verify your Shop Code

Once you complete the authorization on TikTok, you will be redirected back to Lengow. Your connection is now established, and Lengow will automatically retrieve and display your Shop code.

Note: Ensure that this automatically retrieved Shop code matches the correct connected TikTok EU account context you intended to link. Lengow will automatically refresh this connection before it expires.
