This error occurs when the product is not created yet and we are already sending the offer push.
The product may be affected by other errors that impeach product creation.
How to solve this error
- Check for the other errors about the affected product in the channel report using the product code (SKU) to see all errors affecting your product.
- Fix all errors and fill in the mandatory/missing attribute.
- Once all errors are resolved, perform a push product to update your changes, and the product will be created on the TikTok shop.
