The marketplace cannot process your child variants because the main parent product is missing mandatory information. This usually triggers an "Invalid Parent Product" warning on the child items. Before the marketplace accepts the variations, the parent product must be fully complete (for example, it's missing package dimensions and weight).

How to find and fix the error:

1. Check the parent product for other errors: Copy the Parent Product ID and search for it in your Lengow Channel Reports. Look for specific errors on this parent ID that tell you exactly which attributes are missing (for example: Dimensions du colis - Hauteur, Largeur, Longueur, or Poids du colis).

2. Map the missing data: Go to the Attributes Mapping step and map the mandatory missing attribute for your parent products.

3. Format the values correctly:

   • Use the ROUND function in Lengow to round your "weight" values to the nearest integer.

   • If your feed requires it, ensure any phone numbers are formatted to the international standard (e.g., +33).

4. Push the update: Perform a push to update the marketplace. Once the parent product data is successfully received and validated, the child variants will automatically be processed.
