📣 Mirakl - News - 29th September 2026 - Order cancel action now available

Lengow is expanding its Mirakl order management capabilities by releasing the first phase of the Cancel action. This feature allows merchants to cancel eligible Mirakl orders directly within the Lengow platform or via our API, centralising operations and reducing the need to process cancellations manually in the Mirakl back-office.

This action is currently available for Home24, XXXLutz and Mediamarkt.

Eligibility Requirements

To successfully use the cancel action, the order must meet all of the following conditions:

• Full order cancellation: The action applies only at the order level. Partial line cancellation is not supported in this initial release.
• Status: The order must be in the "WAITING_SHIPMENT" status.
• Payment workflow: The payment must not have been debited from the buyer (applicable only to the "Pay on shipment" workflow).
   

- API Users

For merchants managing orders via the Lengow API, a new 'can_cancel' field has been added to the order metadata. This indicator will dynamically show whether an order is eligible for cancellation based on its debit status.

- In the Lengow platform

If the "cancel" action is available for an order, the corresponding option is displayed in the Lengow platform:

Error Handling and Alternative Actions

If you attempt to cancel an order that has already been debited, the action will fail and a specific error message will be displayed in your Lengow interface.

If you encounter this error, you must use the standard Refund action instead to process the order cancellation.
