The MPID (Merchant Product Identifier) is a mandatory code required by European Union customs starting 1st November 2026.Â
For each Fruugo order, you can get this code by concatenating the "Fruugo Product ID" and "Fruugo SKU ID" available in Lengow.
What you have to do
To form the required MPID, concatenate the "Fruugo Product ID" and "Fruugo SKU ID" identifiers, separated by "-". These identifiers can be found:
- In Lengow
In the "NetMarkets" > "Orders" section:
- Filter your Fruugo orders
- Select all the orders to export
- Click "Export selection by order" > "Export to CSV format" (read more here)
When the export is ready, open the CSV file in a spreadsheet (LibreOffice Calc, Excel, Google Sheets...).Â
Read this FAQ if the columns don't display properly.
In the following columns, you will find the necessary identifiers:
- "packages.0.cart.0.order_line_meta.fruugoProductId" (column DA in the example below)
- "packages.0.cart.0.order_line_meta.fruugoSkuId" (column DB below)
To easily concatenate them in the required format and get the MPID, you can:
- Add a new column to the table
- Enter this formula (to adapt if needed): =CONCAT(DA2;-DB2)
The result is the MPID, i.e. the concatenation of the "Fruugo Product ID" and "Fruugo SKU ID" separated by "-".
Example:
Â
- In the Orders API
The "Fruugo Product ID" and "Fruugo SKU ID" identifiers are available in the global metadata of the order object. The identifiers are present in these individual order lines::
- "fruugoProductId"
- "fruugoSkuId"
Example:
Concatenate these two values separated by "-" to form the MPID to provide to the customs.
In this example, the MPID is: 334449533-436973344
