Orders - Exporting orders to a CSV or XML file

Where to find it?
"Orders" section > Select orders > Click on "Export selection by product/order"

In the Orders section of the Lengow platform, you can export a CSV or XML file of a selection of your orders.

The order export is available by product or by order:

  • Export by product: one line per individual product. If an order contains several products, it will correspond to several lines in the export, with the status for each product.
  • Export by order: one line per order, which may include one or several products.

Follow these steps to create an order export:

1. Filter

Filter the orders you wish to export (by status, date range, marketplace, etc.):

3. Launch the export

You may export your list of orders detailed by order line or by individual product line.

Depending on your preference, click on "Export selection by product" or on "Export selection by order" (buttons in the upper right corner).

Then, you may choose your export format: CSV or XML.

This is an asynchronous export, which means that you don't have to stay on this page while the export is loading.
Once your export is ready, you will receive an email as well as a notification, with the direct link to your export.
The export will take longer if you selected a long list of orders.

4. Open the export

Once you receive the email or the notification (see screenshot below) that your order export is ready, you are provided with a direct link to this export.

When clicking on the link, you will download the full export.

You may open a CSV file in a spreadsheet such as Excel or LibreOffice.
