Each channel has a different way of communicating errors on products you try to sell on their platform. Sometimes, these messages are even returned in their own language.
Knowing this, Lengow has created a functionality to harmonize all errors received into a unique and universal integration report.
This Channel Report lists all errors and warnings sent by the channels. It provides a centralized, real-time view of how your products and offers are performing on each marketplace, allowing you to easily identify, prioritize, and resolve issues to ensure maximum catalogue visibility.
How to access?
NetMarkets or NetAmplify > "Channels" tab > Choose a channel > "Report" Tab
How does it work?
Header & Channel management
The header allows you to track the health of your channel at a glance:
- Name, status & channel ID: View the channel status (Active, Paused, etc.) and quickly copy the Channel ID.
- Actions Menu (⋮): Access advanced links (rename the channel or get the optimised feed link) or manage the channel lifecycle (Pause/Delete).
- Navigation: Switch easily between Report (current status), check history (past pushes), and access to channel configuration.
Products vs. Offers
The Report tab is divided into two distinct scopes. The "Offers" tab is displayed by default when you land on the page. Switching the toggle at the top updates all data on the page to reflect the selected scope.
- Products: Focuses on the integration of your items into the marketplace database (e.g., categories, mandatory attributes).
- Offers: Focuses on the commercial data (e.g., price, stock, shipping delays).
Real-time push status
Monitor your data synchronization via the push status bar:
- Scheduling: View exactly when the last push occurred and when the next one is planned.
- Manual Actions: Click "Push now" to force an update after making significant changes (a confirmation modal will appear).
- Download latest report: Access the raw data file in .csv format for deeper analysis.
Performance cards
The four metric cards at the top of the report provide a quick snapshot of your channel's health. You can hover over the tooltip next to each KPI for a quick reminder of what they mean.
Switching the toggle between Products and Offers will automatically update these metrics.
Total products (or Total offers): The total number of products or offers in the channel's feed. This shows an absolute count and a trend indicator compared to the previous push.
Healthy products (or Healthy offers): The products or offers in the feed with no blocking errors. This displays a percentage only (no absolute count, no trend indicator).
Products to fix (or Offers to fix): Products or offers with at least one blocking error on the last report. Blocking errors prevent the item from being published.
Products to optimise (or Offers to optimise): Products or offers with at least one warning on the last report. Warnings don't block publication but signal things that could improve performance and visibility.
Important Note on Calculations
The "Total" metric counts all items in the full feed, while "Healthy," "To fix," and "To optimise" are derived from the latest report only. Because of this, the numbers will not always add up mathematically perfectly. This is expected behaviour and not a bug.
The Issues Table
Below the performance cards, the issues table lists all the specific errors detected for your catalogue. It dynamically updates based on the Products/Offers scope toggle you selected at the top of the page.
To help you prioritize your work, you can narrow down the list using the tools directly above the table:
- Type filter: Choose to view All issues, only blocking Errors, or only non-blocking Warnings.
- Search bar: Search for specific items by entering their Product IDs. (Note: The search bar does not search by keyword in the issue message text). You can look up multiple items at once by entering multiple IDs separated by commas.
Errors are displayed in the issues table according to the number of products impacted, in descending order.
"Issue" displays the raw error message exactly as returned by the marketplace. It is automatically translated into your language, but the text itself is not reformatted or simplified.
Note: You can find a more human-readable interpretation by clicking on the row to open the details panel.
The "Impacted products" column shows the exact number of items/offers currently affected by this specific issue. This helps you prioritize fixes that will unblock the highest volume of products.
The "Type" column categorizes the row as either an "Error" (a critical blocker) or a "Warning" (an optimization suggestion).
If your data feed is perfectly set up and the marketplace accepts everything, the table will simply display: "No issues to report."
The issue detail panel (Resolving errors)
Clicking any row in the issues table opens a side panel without leaving the page. This is your main troubleshooting hub, providing the exact details and shortcuts needed to fix the problem.
The arrows on the top right allow you to seamlessly jump to the previous or next issue in your list without having to close the panel.
Inside the panel you can confirm if the issue is an error or a warning, the specific Issue code (with a quick-copy button), whether it applies to products or offers, and who it was reported by (Lengow or the Marketplace).
- Raw message
The exact error text returned by the marketplace, complete with a copy button. If the marketplace sent the error in a foreign language, you can use the "show original"/ "show translation" toggle to seamlessly switch between the auto-translated version and the original text.
- Where to fix
This is where the issue becomes actionable. You will find fixed quick links directing you to the category mapping, attribute mapping, or preview to apply your corrections.
A quick-reference list shows under this info a sample of affected SKUs and the number of items impacted. Each SKU can be copied individually to test your fixes or search if a specific product is affected by other errors.
Note: If there are no impacted products recorded in the database for a given issue, this section is hidden entirely.
