eBay listings can be ended individually in your eBay back-office. However, you may need to remove multiple eBay listings at once.
This is useful if you are blocked with an error you can't solve, especially for products belonging to a variation.Â
To this end, you need to create a CSV file with the list of products to end, and to upload this file in your eBay Seller Hub.
1. Create the CSV file
Create a spreadsheet that consists of the following three columns:
-
- "Action" = enter "End"
- "Item number"
-
"EndingReason" = Valid values are:
- "LostorBroken"
- "NotAvailable"
- "Incorrect"
- "OtherListingError"
Your file will look like this:
Action | Item number | EndingReason |
End | 123456789012 | NotAvailable |
End | 234567890123 | NotAvailable |
Then, save this spreadsheet in CSV format.
2. Upload the file in your eBay back-office
To upload your CSV file:
- Go to Seller Hub Reports
- Select "Upload" and click on "Upload template"
- Choose .csv file type
- Select the "End listings" template type
- Select "Upload"
This will remove the listed product listings.Â
The detailed process in available here in eBay Export
3. Republish the products via Lengow
Once the listings are ended, the products can be published once again through Lengow, this time without the persisting errors.
We recommend requesting a "full push" (update of all products) of your eBay feed from our Support team to properly republish your products.
