💡 Amazon - How to comply with the General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR)?

On December 13, 2024, the General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR) becomes applicable for non-food products.

You must provide for each product the manufacturer, EU Responsible Person, and warning and safety information to Amazon.

You can provide this information through Lengow or on the product page in your Amazon Seller.

- In Lengow:

The following attributes are available in Lengow to enter your GPSR data:

• "DSAResponsiblePartyAddress": Contact information of the EU-based Responsible Person for your product.
• "GPSRManufacturerReferenceEmailAddress": Contact information of the manufacturer.
• "GPSRSafetyAttestation": If your product doesn’t require warning and safety information, you can provide a safety attestation (this option is only available for certain products). Select "TRUE" or "FALSE". 
• "ComplianceMediaSourceLocation": URL link to the warning and safety information of the product.
• "ComplianceMediaContentType": Select the type of warning and safety information provided (user_manual, warranty, etc.).
• "ComplianceMediaContentLanguage": Select the language and country of the warning and safety information provided (fr_FR, de_AT, etc.).
