Delivery note, return note and invoice: in Lengow
The delivery note, the return note (also known as return form) and the invoice are generated by Lengow using Zalando templates.
Lengow generates these documents from information transmitted via API by Zalando (invoice number, order number, etc.).
These documents are made available to sellers:
-
In the Lengow Orders API when your order has the "Approved" status ("Accepted" in Lengow).Â
 -
In the Lengow platform, on the order details page (see screenshots):
Â
Including the invoice may be required - read Zalando's instructions: ls the invoice a mandatory document?
Return flyer: to download from Zalando
The return flyer is unique per country and carrier, which means that you can always use the same flyer when sending a package in the same country with the same carrier.
Download the appropriate return flyer from Zalando's Google Drive here, and print it to enclose it in the package.
For France, for example, two return flyers are available (two carriers: Chronopost or Colissimo):
- In the templates drive, select the folder with the right country code, and open the "Return Flyer" folder:
- Download the flyer corresponding to your carrier (in pdf or Google Slides format):

Return label: provided by the seller
A prepaid and pre-printed return label must be enclosed in the package to enable the customer to return a purchase easily and free of charge. Zalando recommends self-adhesive return labels.
The seller provides the return label corresponding to the right carrier. Note: If you are using ZRS/ZSS, Zalando provides the return label.
