No action is required when you receive an email from Octopia/Cdiscount informing you that Lengow has a delegation on your Seller account.
The authentication step of their API migration is handled by Lengow.
What is changing
In the coming months, Lengow will migrate from the current API SOAP Cdiscount to the new API REST Octopia, used by Cdiscount.
The first step in this migration is to handle the authentication migration to the new connector. To ensure a seamless transition, we’ve developed an automated process in which Lengow is granted a delegation on your Octopia Seller account to handle this authentication.
What you have to do
There is no action required on your part at this stage.
You will be informed by Octopia that the delegation on your Seller account is effective. The authentication to the new connector will then be handled by Lengow.
What's next
In the coming weeks, Lengow will deploy a new Cdiscount channel (containing only product attributes) to your account.
We will provide more details and guidance about this channel migration process in due course.
