We have deployed an update to the order status mapping for the Octopia and Cdiscount connectors. The "CancelRequest" order-line status is now officially mapped to the Lengow "canceled" status.
Context and Impact
Previously, when an order or order line was marked as "CancelRequest" on the Octopia/Cdiscount marketplace, the status was left unmapped in Lengow. To align with the behaviour of our legacy Cdiscount connector and improve your order management experience, we have added this dedicated mapping.
What this means for you:
- Any incoming orders or specific order lines that reach the "CancelRequest" status on the marketplace will now surface immediately as "canceled" within the Lengow interface.
- This removes the ambiguity of unmapped statuses, ensuring better synchronisation and more accurate categorisation of your cancelled orders.
