OTTO - Attributes - Specific settings

sku

The "sku" is the unique identifier of your product. OTTO requests that the SKU is a static value, as it cannot be changed after successful import into their systems. 

Images - mediaAssets

Several mediaAssets attributes may be added to provide OTTO with images and other media assets. 

Media assets requirements:

•  
  • Static images of the types JPG or PNG with a RGB color space;
  • Minimum size of 500 x 1000 pixel, with maximum width of 4500 pixel;
  • At least one media asset of type 'IMAGE' must be provided. The number of media assets of type 'IMAGE' is not limited.

Complete two attributes per media asset:

• "mediaAssets.type": Enter the type of the provided media asset.
  Possible values: "IMAGE" "DIMENSIONAL_DRAWING" "COLOR_VARIANT" "ENERGY_EFFICIENCY_LABEL" "MATERIAL_SAMPLE" "PRODUCT_DATASHEET" "USER_MANUAL" "MANUFACTURER_WARRANTY" "SAFETY_DATASHEET" "ASSEMBLY_INSTRUCTIONS" or "WARNING_LABEL".
• "mediaAssets.location": URL link of the media asset, with a maximum length of 2083 characters. 

Energieeffizienzklasse

For the relevant products, please provide the energy efficiency class by filling in the following attributes:

• "Skala Energieeffizienzklasse": select the scale, either "A bis G", or uniformed scale "Einheitsskala (A bis G)".
• "Energieeffizienzklasse": energy efficiency, as a value from A to G.
   

General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR)

To comply with the General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR), fill in the mandatory "compliance.productSafety.addresses" attributes:

• "compliance.productSafety.addresses.name": name of the manufacturer or distributor.
• "compliance.productSafety.addresses.address": address of the manufacturer or distributor.
• "compliance.productSafety.addresses.roles": select "MANUFACTURER" or "DISTRIBUTOR". 
• You also have the option to complete the other "compliance.productSafety" attributes, which are optional (email, phone, etc.)

You have the possibility to add several compliance attribute groups if necessary, by clicking on "+ Add compliance.productSafety.addresses field"

EU Battery Regulation

As part of the Battery Regulation of 2023 (BattVO, or EU-Batterieverordnung 2023), merchants selling batteries or products containing batteries must provide the following information through attributes in Lengow:

• "Batterieart laut BattVO": Type of battery according to BattVO. List of values, which includes the option "Produkt fällt nicht unter die BattVO" (Product not covered by the BattVO).
• "Batt-Reg.-Nr. DE": EAR registration number for BattVO. Example: 12345678
• "Marke laut BattVO": Different brand name in the EAR database.
