🔧 TikTok Shop - Error: Logistics service unreachable

Error message: 

"12052403 - Logistics service unreachable"

What does this error mean?

This error appears when creating a product whereas no shipping template exists.

Shipping templates are required when using the "Shipped by Seller" delivery method.

How to solve this error 

Make sure that in your TikTok Shop back-office, a shipping template is present for each of your warehouses.

1. From your TikTok Shop Seller Center, go to "Order" > "Shipping Settings" to go to the Shipping Settings page:
   
   
    
2. Make sure that at least one shipping template is present for each warehouse:
