What does this error mean?

This error means you are not authorized to sell this category on TikTok Shop. 

How to solve this error 

You will need to request authorization directly from TikTok via your TikTok Shop Seller Center.

Note: Sellers listing Invite-Only products on TikTok Shop have been invited and completed the onboarding process. To apply, sellers must submit the required documents and product attributes through the Seller Center's Qualification Centre.
