What is iAdvize?

iAdvize is a conversational platform that enables businesses to offer real-time, humanized customer engagement through messaging channels, chatbots, and expert advisors. By leveraging intelligent targeting and real-time interactions, iAdvize helps brands improve customer satisfaction and boost conversion rates.

The iAdvize app in Lengow allows you to easily share your product catalogue with the iAdvize platform, ensuring your advisors and conversational tools always work with up-to-date product data.

How to set up the iAdvize App in Lengow

Follow these steps to send your Lengow catalogue to iAdvize:

1. Access the App section

• In your Lengow account, click on the "Apps" tab in the sidebar.
• Search for "iAdvize" using the search bar and click on the iAdvize app card:

2. Connect the iAdvize App

• Click on "Connect iAdvize" to begin the setup process:

• Authorize the app by clicking on "Allow":

3. Select a catalogue

• Click on "Connect my first catalogue" and choose the catalogue you want to export to iAdvize:

4. Map the attributes

• Map your catalogue fields to the attributes expected by iAdvize.
  
  Four mandatory attributes are requested:
  • "product_id"
  • "title"
  • "category"
  • "url"

iAdvize also strongly recommends providing the description, image and price.

Tip: If needed, you have to option to add "Custom fields" to create new, tailored attributes:

5. Launch and copy the feed URL

• Finalize your configuration by reviewing exclusions and checking the preview.
• Once everything is ready, click "Launch", then click "Connect" to activate the feed. 
  A confirmation prompt will appear: click "Launch now" to proceed.
• Lengow generates a feed URL specific to your iAdvize feed. Click "Copy this code" to copy the URL link, and save it for use in the iAdvize platform.

Note: this URL can also be found at the bottom of the "Configuration" section of your iAdvize feed in Lengow.

6. Use the feed URL to create a source in iAdvize

Log in to your iAdvize account and follow these steps:

• Go to "AI Copilot" > "AI Knowledge"
• Add a new "Products" source type.
• Choose a knowledge base and select "CSV file".
• Name this new source, indicate the product ID, and click on "Import file".
• Select the "URL" file type, paste the feed URL you copied in Lengow, and click on "Start import".

iAdvize will then retrieve your data from Lengow using this URL link.

To create another iAdvize feed, using a different catalogue or the same one, simply repeat this setup process of the iAdvize app in Lengow.
