The Product Compliance List
The main table of the Products Page provides a detailed overview of every product currently being monitored for asset accuracy. Each entry includes:
Product Identification: The official thumbnail image and product title as defined by your brand.
Compliance Ratio: A numerical value (e.g., 14 / 16) showing the number of retailers currently meeting your brand standards compared to the total number of retailers selling that product.
Compliance Score: It is the previous ratio represented in %. Therefore is the % of retailers being fully compliant across title and image for that specific product
Navigation and Tools
To help you manage large inventories efficiently, the Products page includes several management tools:
Search Bar: Use the "Find a product..." field to quickly locate a specific item by its title.
Sorting: Organize the list using the "Compliant retailers (all attributes)" dropdown to prioritize products with the lowest compliance scores.
Refining Your View
You can use the filter menu to narrow down the product list by specific criteria:
Brands: View products belonging to a specific brand in your portfolio.
Categories: Filter by product types, such as Fragrance or Skincare.
Tags: Sort by custom internal labels.
Retailers: Display only the products sold by specific retailers.
Detailed Product Analysis
When you click on a specific product from the list, you enter the "Product Detail View". This page allows you to audit the item’s performance with high precision.
1. Product Summary & Quick Stats
On the left sidebar, you can find essential identification and performance data:
Identification: Displays the product's official title and EAN.
Summary Stats: Quickly see the the number of images for that product in the master assets.
Attribute Health: Individual progress bars show the compliance percentage specifically for Title, Image, and All attributes.
Historical Progress: A dedicated evolution graph for that specific product allows you to track its compliance trends over time (1M, 3M, 6M, 1Y, or All).
2. The Retailer Compliance Table
The main table on this page breaks down the status of the product for every connected retailer:
Retailer name: Lists the specific partner (e.g., Sephora, Marionnaud, Nocibé).

Attribute Status: Analyse the thumbnail image using icons to indicate status:
Green Checkmark: is Compliant.
Red Dash/Circle: is Non-compliant.
The "All attributes" column provides a final verdict of "Compliant" or "Non-compliant" for that retailer connection.
