The Retailer Overview List
The main landing page of the Retailers tab provides a summary of all connected re-sellers.
- Retailer Identification: Lists the name and logo of each partner platform, such as Galeries Lafayette, Nocibé, or Sephora.
- Compliance ratio: A visual progress bar and percentage (e.g., 87%) indicates how many of your products that specific retailer is currently displaying correctly.
- Compliance score: Retailers are automatically ranked in the Retailer compliance ranking section on the dashboard, allowing you to prioritize outreach to your least compliant partners, such as those with lower scores like 24% or 36%.
Refining your view
To focus your analysis on specific market segments or internal priorities, use the "Filter" menu located at the top of the page.
- Brands: Filter by specific brands within your group to see how retailers represent different parts of your portfolio.
- Categories: Narrow the retailer list by product types, such as Fragrance, Makeup, or Watches.
- Tags: View performance based on custom internal labels you have created.
- Retailer Selection: Isolate one or more specific retailers to compare their performance side-by-side.
From this overview, you can identify which partners require immediate attention. Clicking on any retailer name will take you into their Detailed Retailer page, where you can see the specific products that are causing their compliance score to drop.
Detailed Retailer Analysis
When you click on a specific retailer from the list, you enter a detailed audit view focused exclusively on that partner's performance:
1. Retailer Summary Sidebar
The left sidebar provides a diagnostic overview of the partner:
- Total Products: Displays the total number of your products currently listed by this retailer (e.g., 256 products).
- Compliant Products by Attribute: Individual progress bars track compliance percentages specifically for Title, Image, and All attributes.
- Progress Evolution: A trend graph visualizes the retailer’s compliance history over time. You can customize the view by selecting 1M, 3M, 6M, 1Y, or All.
2. Retailer Inventory Table
The main table lists every product the retailer carries, providing a definitive compliance status for each listing:
- Product name: Displays the product thumbnail and official title.
- Number of images: Indicates the total number of images published by the retailer.
- Status Indicators: The Title, Image, and All attributes columns use icons to denote compliance:
- Green Checkmark: is Compliant.
- Red Dash/Circle: is Non-compliant.
- The "All attributes" column provides a final verdict of "Compliant" or "Non-compliant" for that product.
